There was plenty of colour added to an excellent performance by 38 of our players at Ti Tree Lodge. Nearly everyone followed the dress code and sported Hawaiian or tropical garb along with leis and appropriate hats!

Unfortunately Karen wasn’t able to attend but Alan managed bravely in her absence. He was especially helpful explaining the Hawaiian origins of songs like ‘Bring Me Sunshine’, ‘Hello Mary Lou’ and ‘Return to Sender’.

The audience at Ti Tree Lodge is always enthusiastic. There are always dancers – residents and staff and so many sing along,  some just quietly in their own way tapping their feet and hands. Our last song (unrehearsed) was ‘We’ll Meet Again’, and so we shall at Ti Tree’s St. Patrick’s celebration.
