The Warrains
Chris Swayn and Kelly Daymond are the duo from local band The Warrains who have been a part of the Peninsula music scene since 2004. You can listen to some of their songs on their YouTube Channel.
SPUKES will be backing a recording their new song ‘Two’ written by Chris. Kelly and Chris will be the leads of course and we will follow their direction to arrive at a final arrangement.
Kelly and Chris will be calling by our Saturday Session on April 28th to meet us and have a listen to what we can do. This will just be a rehearsal with the recording session at a later date.
At this stage we will be playing the whole song and singing all the choruses except the first one, so practice up people!
The Song
This is the demo track of the song. SPUKES will be playing chords for the whole song and singing the choruses.

TWO Chris Swayn Chorus [G] Well Everything we do [C] and everything we’ve done [Em] Is better when we’re two, [Am] instead of being [G] one Verse [G] When we open up and [C] say it to each other [Em] And unlock what’s inside and [Am] share it we recover [G] You know it makes me wonder - [C] what have we got to [Em] lose?
